I had an amazing time staying at the hotel! the location was great as it was a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel's stylish and well-designed room was very comfortable. the private room with a view of the castle from the onsen was breathtaking. All of the staff was very attentive and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade onigiri and the honey they served.
I did notice the outside part of the coffee shop was not as clean as expected, with some insects under the table.

We had a fantastic stay with incredible views of the castle from the onsen terrace. The premium room with a balcony was worth it. The onsen complex was clean and relaxing. The homemade onigiri at breakfast was a standout, along with the delicious honey and momo tea. The staff was efficient and helpful.
Absolutely nothing.

Wow, this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade onigiri and the 100% honey. The onsen was so relaxing and clean, and the view of the castle was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient.
The restaurant was not so great, and we wish we had known to book dinner the day before arrival. Also, the immediate area around the hotel didn't offer much to do. But overall, this hotel was a great base for exploring the city and we enjoyed our stay.
